Hello everyone , myself Vaishnavi Anand Rasam. I attended Premgandha Meditation Camp dated 18 , 19 , 20 September 2021. As Chetan Bhagat wrote 3 mistakes of my life , if I had to write a book I would name it 3 beautiful days of my life.
Let me start from the beginning. I came to Pune a month ago and have been living at my aunt's place. Her house is full of Premgandha vibes. A picture of Gurudev Shri Jain sir on one wall and a picture of Maa Videhi ji on the other. It's not only the pictures , I observed that she dedicates maximum time of her day thinking and speaking about Premgandha. She insisted me to attend the camp once and I agreed instantly because I believe in whatever she believes. Now you must be wondering who this aunt of mine is. She's none other than Maa Pramodini. And this is how I ended up at Premgandha camp.
So on the first day I was kind of excited and curious about what I am going to learn. Little did I know that this was less about learning and more about experiencing. Honestly speaking on the first day I was a little frustrated due to all the breathing exercises and sitting all day. I am a sportsperson so I am not used to sitting in one place for a long time. The day went adjusting myself to the environment and then there was the only session I was told about beforehand , that is the Dance session. Me and Poorna danced our hearts out and that's when I started having fun. Again , little did I know that this was just the beginning. Then after dinner we all gathered again in the hall for discussion session. In this session sir cleared our doubts with his immense knowledge and holistic approach. .
The second day started early in the morning with zumba and jap. I loved the vibrations that jap sadhna produced in my body. Then Poorna came to me and said , "Vaishnavi didi the next sadhna is my favourite one. Do it properly". Immediately after that kaki also adviced me to breath with full force and focus. This was pure indication of something important. It was the Urja Sadhana. So I just sat with determination and decided to be the last person in the room to stop the deep breathing. The first few minutes went in focusing on the breath , listening to other people's pace of breathing and adjusting my pace accordingly. But later on I felt like Maa Videhi ji was specifically asking me to breath deeper. So I started applying more and more force. After some time I felt someone's hand over my head. I felt waves emitting through it. The energy was circulating furiously and randomly inside my body. After a while I opened my eyes and found everyone in Shavasan. I found my body perspirating and my skin really cold. It was one hell of a experience I must say. Can't really describe it all in words but that whole day went in processing what I had experienced.
Other sadhanas were also effective but Urja Strot Sadhana was like an out of the world experience for me. On the third day I got the opportunity to have a word with sir. He paved my path with his beautiful advice. This one camp not only added another beautiful set of memories to my favourites list but also gave me an extended family. I am thankful and really greatful to be a part of it. Thank you.
